2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Professional Development Services

We deliver instructor-led and self-paced training sessions designed to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

2.2 Digital Learning Materials

These include e-books, video tutorials, templates, and other downloadable resources.

2.3 Physical Products

We offer printed manuals, course kits, and related materials shipped to your address.

3. Fees and Methods of Payment

All fees are due before access is granted or shipment is arranged. We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For professional services, you may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the scheduled date by contacting us via contact us. Rescheduling requests submitted later may not be accommodated and may be treated as cancellations.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 7 days in advance, you are eligible for a full refund using the original method of payment. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are not eligible for a refund due to preparation and instructor allocation.

5.2 Digital Learning Materials

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 20 percent of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, please contact us via contact us. After this period or usage threshold, all sales are final.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical products may be returned in unused and resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. You must initiate a return by contacting us via contact us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. No Refund Policy for Certain Workshops

Certain specialized workshops with limited seats are non-refundable once booked. This policy is in place due to the dedicated resources and materials reserved for each participant. Participants may request to transfer their seat to another individual by notifying us at least 14 days before the workshop date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PathPulseLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in our offerings.

We may update these Terms of Service. The date of last revision is 2025.
